This 6,000 SF new substation provides fire / rescue services to neighboring subdivisions within the Five Forks vicinity. Encompassed within the new substation will be Living Quarters for on-duty personnel, Communications Center, Equipment / Training Room, Truck Bays, etc. The exterior facade is compromised of brick veneer, split-face block, and cultured stone brick columns.
This new 800 sq. ft. strip center is located on Wade Hampton Blvd. The owners of this building are Halpern Enterprise's Inc. The owner came to the upstate to expand their portfolio from Atlanta. JonScot General Contractors was hired to construct this facility in 18 weeks. Through close scheduling and daily client involvement JonScot General Contractors finished this project two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
JonScoT General Contractors provided a tentative upfit for the new rehabilitation offices for Bon-Secours St. Francis at 38 Ray Tally Court. This included demolition of an existing restaurant and upfit of 11 rehab offices, work out area, and administrative offices. The project had sports flooring, all new air conditioning, and LED lighting. The job was completed on time and under budget.
JonScot General Contractors broke ground on the Laurens County Fire Service Youngs #2 Fire Station on March 7th 2016. This station is located in Grey Court and serves rural Laurens County. The facility is approximately 2000 sq. ft. Construction on the facility was completed. (Waiting for a Picture)
JonScoT General Contractors finished working on this 10,000 sq. ft. building downtown Greenville at 23 Falls Park. This building is able to be used for apartments, office buildings or restaurants.
Piedmont Technical College Laurens Advanced Manufacturing Center renovations and additions. The renovation consisted of 3,980 square feet of classrooms and a laboratory. It also included a 4,800 square foot addition containing offices and another laboratory. A façade renovation consisting of a screen wall was also added to the existing building.
DTS Trucking renovation and addition. The original offices were demolished and an addition was added for new office space and conference rooms.
JonScot General Contractors has recently completed the new UPS North Cargo shipping facility at GSP International Airport. The project was approximately 6 months, and the cost was 2 million dollars. The project was brought in on time and on budget.
This 40,000 sq. ft. building is a retirement community for the elderly. The building was originally built in 2005, but had some water leak issues. JonScot came in and removed the interior drywall, insulation, and finishes. The exterior of the building was removed along with the sheeting. JonScot put all materials back including windows and HVAC in 5 months.
